Many things that we think are hardware problems, really turn out to be the software. Did you know that there are THOUSANDS of bugs in Microsoft's operating systems? Yep, that's right. There are patches that come out every month to address only some of the more serious problems. The same thing is true of your word processing program (Microsoft Word or WordPerfect) and all of the other applications on your computer. Have you downloaded the patches and installed them on your computer? Chances are that nagging problem that you're having is the result of a bug that is already fixed... you just need to have the patch applied on your computer.

There are several things that you should do on a monthly basis to your computer to keep it in tip-top working order. These are:
1) Back up your important data. We store all of your important data off-site so that it is protected from fire or theft.
2) Get rid of all of the "junk" on your hard drive. Clear out the Cache. Delete all of those unwanted temp files and basically clear up some space on your hard drive.
3) Update your operating system and applications with all of the latest patches and updates from the software vendor(s).
4) Scan your hard drive for errors.
5) Defragment your hard drive.
We will take care of all of these issues for all of the computers in your office for a reasonable monthly fee.

Customers with cable modem or DSL connections and WindowsXP Pro can take advantage of our remote troubleshooting and diagnostic services. We have the capability to connect to your computers remotely, perform diagnostics and troubleshoot any problem that you might have with your software.
